On the 13th March 2018, shipmate Karl Webb attended the annual flag-raising service outside of the Huntingdon District Council headquarters.

RBL Standard Bearers take their position at the HDC HQ

The RBL provided four Standards to mark the occasion.

Cllr Richard West welcomes members of the community

Cllr Richard West, Chairman HDC, welcomed everyone and gave a background of the Commonwealth flag-raising service.

VIPs and members of the community attend the flag-raising ceremony

Members of the community and VIPs came out in the cold to watch the service. The RBL Standards were lowered in the traditional mark of respect as the Commonwealth flag was raised.
