Huntingdon & District Branch: Charity stall at Tesco Bar Hill, 2016
On Saturday 20th February 2016, shipmates Karl Webb and Pete Aston manned the first charity stall of the year for Huntingdon & District Branch at the Tesco Extra superstore in Bar Hill, Cambridgeshire.

Arriving at 0900, it was going to be a long day; this was the first time the Branch had held a stall at Tesco Bar Hill, with two portable tables, pop up banners, and a new RNA House Flag, the stall was decorated in no time. Karl and Pete checked all was in place before donning RNA Blazers and prepared to meet the public.

It turned out to be a very busy day. S/Ms Karl and Pete enjoyed chats with everyone who looked around the stall, The people at Bar Hill were very friendly, and extremely generous.

By the end of the day, the Branch had raised over £500. S/Ms Karl Webb and Pete Aston would like to thank the staff at Tesco, and of course, the customers who came and spoke with them throughout the day. Thank you, hopefully, the Branch will return next year and chat some more.
